We cast the stone and fill the wax in our own facility, and develop our moulds and fragrance blends in house. Shape, scent and packaging stay under our control — from the first sample to a repeat order.
1 — PRODUCTION STAGES
Four stages, all under one roof
Casting the vessel
We cast stone vessels in moulds we develop ourselves, then leave them to cure and finish them by hand.
Preparing the wax
Natural soy wax is melted at a controlled temperature, with fragrance loads added to a documented formula for each scent.
Filling and wicking
The cotton wick is fixed at the centre, then the wax is poured in stages to guarantee a level surface and an even burn.
Finishing and packing
Wick trimmed, surface inspected, then the label, the single box and the shipping carton.

Level wax surface
Visual inspection after curing — any dip or crack is re-poured.

Wick centring and length
Trimmed to 5 mm and checked to sit dead centre in the vessel.

Vessel integrity
Rim and base checked for chips or rough texture.

Colour consistency
Each piece compared against the approved colour sample for the batch.

Label and box
Label alignment, and the single box sealed before the carton.
Pieces that fail inspection do not enter the shipment.

Documented fragrance loads per blend, so the next batch smells like the one your customers liked.
Surface and burn quality
Every piece inspected, with wick gauge matched to vessel diameter for a clean burn to the edge.
Material sourcing
Natural soy wax, cotton wicks and certified fragrance oils from fixed suppliers — no substitution without notice.
Packaging that arrives intact
Single boxes and inner padding tested on local and export shipping routes.
3 — MATERIALS
Three ingredients, no more
SOY WAX
Natural soy wax
Fully plant-based, phthalate-free, and burns cleaner and slower than paraffin.
COTTON WICK
Cotton wick
Braided cotton with no metal core, giving a calm flame and a smokeless burn.
STONE VESSEL
The stone vessel
Cast in our own moulds with a matte finish, and reusable once the candle is spent.
